  1. Organic Electronics Research Lab

    Organic Electronics Lab. is designed to conduct research and development in the field of organic and inorganic semiconductors such as diodes, transistors and flexible electronic circuits. Other devices like sensors and flexible probes for biologcal applications are of interests. Also fabrication of Optical Devices by postgraduate students are a priority in the activities of this lab. Devices like Organic color tuned LEDs, Felexible and transparent Solar Cells, Organic Lasers, UV and X-ray Detectors are the main feild of the reseach in this lab and relevant equipments for optical and electrical measurements on the devices are available.
