Our main focus in ARMAN Lab is the Advanced Research in Micro and Nano electromechanical systems. We work on a wide range of areas as the following:
• Design and manufacturing micro-devices for separating small particles, especially for cell sorting in cancer treatment.
• Developing flexible and stretchable electronics platforms for a variety of applications like stretchable displays, artificial skin, etc.
• Investigating mechanisms for energy harvesting from the environment in bio-systems like pacemakers.
