Notice (Change of Exam Format and Date):

Your Midterm exam date has been changed due to an schedule shared by the Mathematics Department.

According this new schedule, your Midterm will be held on Wednesday, April 26th.

In addition, both your Midterm and Final exams will be held simultaneously with the other three groups.

 

Evaluation and grading

The final grade is calculated as follows:

  1. If the grade on the Final exam is less than 50%, then the student will fail,

  2. If the grade on the Final exam is more than 50%, then the Final grade is calculated as follows:

    - Assignments and class activities: 3 marks

    - Midterm exam: 6 marks

    - Final exam: 11 marks

 

Your marks will be posted on my website as soon as they are ready.

Midterm and Final exams

The Midterm exam will be held on April, 26, 2017 (12:00 am-13:30 pm). It will cover Chapters 1-4 of the reference book (part 1-volume 1) as well as the materials to be taught from the Complex Numbers' context.

The Final exam will be held on June 10, 2017 (8:00-10:30 am). It will cover Chapters 1-9 and 12 of the reference books (part 1-volume 1  and part 2-volume1) as well as the materials from the Complex Numbers' context.
