Ebrahim Nadimi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Tehran in 1995 and 1999, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chemnitz University of Technology, Chemnitz, Germany in 2008. 

From 1996 to 2002 He was with HAD Co., as design engineer and the head of the electronic department, developing different microelectronic circuits and system for surveillance, vehicular and clinical applications. In 2002 he was awarded with a DAAD full Ph.D. scholarship from German government. Before starting his Ph.D. he participated in a German language course at Herder Institute in Leipzig for six months. During his Ph.D. he worked closely with AMD Dresden and later with GloabalFoundry in Dresden on different research projects. After his Ph.D. from 2008 to 2012 he was a fellow researcher and Post-Doc at GWT-TUD (Geselschaft fur Wissen und Technologietransfer in Dreseden) working on several projects with GlobalFoundry. In 2012 he returns to his homeland, IRAN, and since then he works as an assistant Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of K. N. Toosi University of Technology. Since 2013 he is the deputy of Administration and Finance at the faculty.
