Dr. Naser Naserifar is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at K. N. Toosi University of Technology. Naserifar obtained his Ph.D. in 2016 in applied mechanics from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (2006) and K. N. Toosi University of Technology (2009), respectively. He was offered a position of Postdoctoral Research Associate at CMU in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) in the field of printable electronics in 2016. A year after (2017), he received Postdoctoral Research Associate position in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in the field of biotechnology. His work focuses on Micro/Nano Engineering, MEMS, BioMEMS, Micro/Nano Fabrication, and wearable electronics. Naserifar works in an interdisciplinary area where Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Material science, and biology meet.
